Refund & Returns Policy

At VANTYX, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include all accessories supplied with the product, including the racket bag and wrist strap.
Show no signs of use, damage or wear.
Be returned with all original labels and packaging intact.

Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.
Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or we have sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event, your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
